Mostly articles, reviews, and public comment on Poe clipped from newspapers and journals, including Lippincott's, Appleton's Monthly, The Library Table, the Boston Daily Advertiser, and the New York Herald. Appears to have been continued by O'Connor's widow (Ellen O'Connor-Calder) after his death. Includes a signed photograph of the compiler, his manuscript notes, and two original sonnets in his hand.
